Ride from the shoreline to the hills in this journey designed to provide you with the optimum fat burning and strength building. This class is for beginners as well as seasoned cyclists.
Yoga - Fridays
In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Be prepared to work a little and relax a lot, balancing movement with rest. These gentle yoga classes are designed to increase both strength and flexibility while activating the "rest and digest" system to address patterns of stress and tension that restrict overall health.
