The Primitive Campground is exclusive to Active Duty, members of the National Guard and Reserve, Retirees, Veterans, DoD Civilians, and Fort Greely Contractors.

Guests with a Campsite Reservation
If you booked a reservation in advance, proceed directly to the campsite indicated on your reservation.
Guests without a Campsite Reservation
If you arrive at the Campground during business hours without a reservation, call our Reservation Office to book a campsite with us.

- If you arrive after 4:30 p.m. or the weekend, please fill out the registration form and insert payment into the drop box at the entrance of the Campground.

General Rules
- Check-Out time: 11 a.m.
- If you are not entirely of your site by 11 a.m., you will be charged for another night's fee.
- Quiet Hours: 10 p.m to 6 a.m.
- All pets must be on a leash that is 6 feet in length or less (owner must maintain control of the leash at all times). Please do not leave pets unattended at any time. Make sure you are doing your part to clean up after your four-legged friend
- Limit of 2 vehicles per campsite.
- Check-Out time: 11 a.m.

We welcome your well-behaved, leashed pets — 6' leash length limit!
All Areas
- Pets must wear a collar.
- Aggressive pets are not permitted.
- Clean up your pet's waste.
- Make sure you are doing your part to clean up after your four-legged friend.
- Please follow the clean-up rules. A cleaning fee will be applied if violated.
- Ask before allowing your pet to greet other people.
- Remove your pet of the area at the first sign of aggression.
- Ensure your pet does not interfere with other guests.
- Owners are responsible and liable for their pet's behavior.
Leash
- All pets must be on a leash that is six (6) feet in lengh or less when fully extended.
- Owners must keep their pets under physical control at all times.
Off-leash Areas
- Bring your dog and enjoy the benefits of the outdoors in the off-leash Dog Park, conveniently located next to Primitive Campground.
