About Pantheon

Pantheon formed in 2004 when its members took on the challenge of playing in a steel drum ensemble with only one person per part. Since then, they have performed throughout Alaska, earning repeat performances and rave reviews. Their busy schedule of engagements has helped to finance the purchase of instruments, music, and equipment, and the band's continuing education through working and performing with steel pan luminaries like Andy Narell, Ray Holman, Robbie Greenidge, Jeff Narell, Chris Tanner, Tom Miller, and Gary Gibson.

The members of Pantheon have day jobs as a library assistant, two university professors, borough maintenance technician, and an arts manager. They hope you'll get up and dance and enjoy their performance to kick off your July 4 holiday!
