Month of the Military Child (MOMC) is observed each April to honor and celebrate military children and youth for their service, commitment and sacrifice in support of the Army's mission.
On April 15 we wear purple! This is a wonderful opportunity to show our support and appreciation for the children of military families who make sacrifices every day. By wearing purple on this day, we can honor kids who bravely navigate the challenges of military life. It's a small gesture with a big impact, sending a powerful message of gratitude and recognition to these young heroes.
