Swim for fitness. Lap swimming is an impactful and effective strength and cardio workout, allowing you to exercise with minimal strain on your joints. So if you’re looking to improve your technique, we’ve got the pool for you!

Lap Swim Hours

  • Tuesday and Thursday: 5:00pm - 6:30pm
  • This time is set aside for lap swimmers only, to include Swim Club. NO open swimmers allowed.
