- Each level teaches basic non-violent self-defense techniques while instilling the Karate foundation principles of leverage and control.
- During these sessions we will teach your child to control and negotiate with bigger, stronger, more athletic opponents.
SKIESUnlimited Karate
Karate is one activity that can develop your child in many ways. Not only will your child learn self-defense and develop physical agility, SKIESUnlimited Karate is designed to teach your child respect, manners, safety and much more.
This interactive class helps your child build self-confidence, discipline, and respect for others, and improve basic motor skills. The secret is that we make the lessons so fun, that your children will never want to leave!
Two Levels: Ages 5-8 & 9-18
Classes will be held in the SKIES Gross Motor facility, Building 650.
*Open to all Military and Non-Military Affiliated families. Must be registered with CYSS to participate.
