VINYASA YOGA
The best part of Monday's? Yoga class is a great way to begin your week. Blair's class is an intense version of a Vinyasa practice. The flow and movement of these postures help the body to circulate blood, which improves circulation and flexibility.
Take your lunch break and go for a walk! Walk along the Bison Trail and visit with friends, accompanied by a PFC staff member. Happens every Wednesday, meeting at the starting point of the Bison Trail at the CAC parking lot. Weather permitting, every Wednesday May 1 through August 28, 2024, at NOON.
