Get in Shape for Valentine’s Day Fitness Challenge gives you the opportunity to improve your fitness and reshape your body while earning points.

How does the Fitness Challenge work?

It’s easy, just follow these three simple steps:

  1. Select the best time of day for your workout.
  2. Build your own workout routine, or participate in any of our Group Fitness Classes.
  3. Log your workout time. Challenge Tracker will be located at the Fitness Center Front Desk.

GET YOUR POINTS
Maximum of 4 points per day
30 minutes workout = 1 point
1-hour workout = 2 points

The goal is to get you stronger, fitter, and healthier — without getting bored. Before you know it, you’ll feel energized, fit, and ready to enjoy Valentine’s Day!
