Strengthen your core and increase flexibility with Pilates Fusion.
Pilates Fusion combines basic mat Pilates with body sculpting and basic stretches for a low impact and a high/low intensity workout adjustable to all fitness levels. Incorporates basic and intermediate exercises in a wide variety of combinations delivered to a musical sequence. A variety of equipment (such as bands, small balls, large balls, and foam rollers) is used to enhance the workout and challenge the muscular system.
