MOMC: Guinness World Record Challenge

Calling all CYS Youth ages 3 to 18, family members and the community!
Help Child & Youth Services Youth Sports break the Guinness World Record for the most virtual passes with a soccer ball! Come together and participate in the safety of your yards or the comforts of the Fort Greely Indoor Track. Be a part of history!
All videos must be filmed on April 6, 2021 between 4-7 p.m. Local Time (no date/time stamp required)
Challenge Rules
- Participants will receive a passed ball (rolled, tossed, or kicked) from an out-of-frame location — A minimum of 5 feet away from the participant. Soccer balls may vary in size, type, or color. No kick balls, basketballs, or foam balls.
- Participants will stop the ball using a legal soccer-type trap (foot, body, etc.) No Hands.
- Participants will stop the ball's motion, state their first name only and Garrison, then pass the ball out of frame using a legal soccer-style pass. The ball must leave the video frame to be eligible for submission.
- Submit your videos:
- No later than 11:59 p.m. Central Standard Time on 21 April 2021
- Participants will submit recorded videos with ID in the subject line (Pacific, Europe, Training, Submit Sustainment, or Readiness): usarmy.jbsa.imcom-hq.mbx.g9-cys-services@mail.mil
- Please note:
- Videos should be shoot in portrait mode, audio clear (to hear participant), single participant in frame only. Coaching of the participant is not allowed in the submission video.
- Videos must meet the above requirements to be eligible for record submission.

Parents of participants under 18 years of age or participants over 18 years must consent to the use of video by IMCOM to be submitted to Guinness Book of World Records and be uploaded to online platforms as required by CYS Guinness Book.
Videos may be excluded due to the following (not inclusive): Excess background noise, animals or other people in the video frame, audio not clear, participant not speaking loud enough, participant not using legal soccer kicks or passes, not passing the ball out of frame, or any submission received after 21 April 2021.
