Self-Care and Relaxation by MFLC
- Time: 10-11 a.m.
- Location: Aurora Community Activity Center
- Open to all Military Spouses
- Relax! You got it. Join the Fort Greely MFLC for a relaxation and self-care workshop that provides key techniques to overcome stress, regulate emotions, and promote and develop your self-care skills.
Wine Glass Painting & Lunch with USO
- Time: 11:30-1:00 p.m.
- Open to Military Spouses - Adults Only
