Youth Centers are designed for youth ages 11-18 years. The Youth Program offers comprehensive, supervised program options and affordable, quality, predictable services that are easily accessible for eligible youth in grades 7 through 12 (may include 6th grade depending on local school configuration) who are 11-18 years old.

In addition, through formal partnership agreements with nationally-recognized youth-serving organizations, such as United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), 4-H and Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA), youth have access to programs, standard curricula, special events, camps, scholarships, etc. Supervision and programming is provided by trained staff, and operations are subject to DoD Certification.
